What do Ameritas Dental plans cover?
Ameritas PrimeStar® dental plans cover preventive visits, such as dental exams and cleanings up to 100%. Three plan levels are available, with some dental plans including additional benefits such as orthodontia, hearing care, and teeth-whitening.
How does the Ameritas Dental Network work?
The Ameritas Dental Network* is one of nation’s largest. Network dentists charge 25-50% less than their regular rates, providing you with out-of-pocket savings. Members can visit any dentist, in- or out-of-network, and family members do not need to visit the same provider. It’s easy to find a provider. Simply enter your zip code and choose the Classic PPO Network to start your search.
*Network not available in MT, RI and PA counties of Forest and Potter. Certain plans and plan options may not be available in all areas.
What Vision plans are available?
Ameritas PrimeStar Vision insurance allows you to choose from plans that feature the VSP or EyeMed vision networks. All plans include coverage for eye exams and eyewear such as glasses or contact lenses. Benefits are available for LASIK or PRK procedures.
